How far in advance should I place my order ?

We recommend placing orders at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. More time allows for more customization and scheduling flexibility. That said, we understand life happens—so we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. Same-day delivery is available for select bouquets while available.

Do you offer same-day delivery ?

Yes, within select zip codes and depending on availability. Please contact us at 404-579-5660 to inquire about same-day availability. Otherwise, you will be able to choose your preferred delivery date and time at checkout.

Can I customize my bouquet ?

Absolutely. You can select your bouquet’s size, color palette, and add-ons like glitter, diamond pins, custom banners, and more under "Build Your Own Bouquet." Please add any notes at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept ?

We accept Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, Debit Card and Credit Card (3% convenience fee for card payments).

Where do I pick up my order ?

Pickup is in Upper Marlboro, MD. Exact address will be provided after payment.

What happens if I’m late to get my order ?

A $10 late fee applies if you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled pickup or delivery time. Excessive lateness may result in order cancellation or an additional delivery fee if a second attempt is required.
