Flower Lifespan Policy

All Dame des Fleurs arrangements are crafted with fresh, premium blooms. While flower lifespan varies by variety and environment, most bouquets are expected to last 5–7 days with proper care. Some specialty stems may last longer, while more delicate varieties may fade sooner.
We are not liable for shortened lifespan due to:
- Improper care (e.g. lack of water, exposure to heat or direct sunlight)
- Extended time outside water during pickup or delivery
- Environmental factors beyond our control (e.g. humidity, temperature shifts)

If you believe your bouquet arrived in poor condition, please contact us within 2 hours of receipt with photos so we can assess and resolve the issue.
