Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to deliver exceptional quality and service. Due to the nature of our products, the following policies apply:
- Deposits are non-refundable. This secures your flowers, materials, and design time.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late for pickup or delivery, a $10 late fee will be applied. Excessive lateness may result in order cancellation or an additional delivery fee for rescheduling.
- If we are unable to reach the recipient at the time of delivery, we will attempt contact once. If unsuccessful, the bouquet will be returned to our studio and a redelivery fee will apply or the order will be cancelled without refund.
- We do not offer refunds for completed orders unless there is a verified issue with product quality (e.g. damaged flowers upon arrival). All concerns must be reported within 2 hours of receipt with photo documentation.
- Custom orders (including specific colors, add-ons, or styling) may require additional time. We reserve the right to decline requests that cannot be fulfilled within your timeline.
- In the event of extreme weather, supply chain delays, or emergencies, we will notify you immediately and offer rescheduling or substitution options.
