1. How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing orders at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. Earlier orders allow for more customization and scheduling flexibility. That said, we understand life happens—so we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. Same-day delivery is available for select bouquets if ordered before 12PM EST.
2. Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, within select zip codes. You’ll be able to choose your preferred delivery date and time at checkout.
3. Can I customize my bouquet?
Absolutely. You can select your bouquet’s size, color palette, and add-ons like glitter, diamond pins, custom banners, and more. Custom orders may require additional time.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, Debit Card and Credit Card (with a 3% convenience fee for card payments). Invoices are sent via Square for secure checkout.
5. Where do I pick up my order?
Pickup is in Upper Marlboro, MD.
6. What happens if I’m late to get my order?
A $10 late fee applies if you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled pickup or delivery time. Excessive lateness may result in order cancellation or an additional delivery fee if a second attempt is required.
