By placing an order with Dame des Fleurs, you agree to the following terms:
- All floral designs are subject to seasonal availability and artistic interpretation. We reserve the right to substitute blooms of equal or greater value to preserve the integrity of your arrangement.
- Orders are confirmed only after a 50% non-refundable deposit is received.
- Final payment is due before delivery or at the time of pickup. Orders will not be released until payment is complete.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unreachable recipients.
- Once an order is confirmed, changes to bouquet size, color, or delivery time must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to approval.
- By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted these terms.
